ROLE:

1. Develop and implement the R&D strategy, ensuring optimal ROI on research initiatives
2. Build, develop and manage the innovation team
3. Lead the formulation, testing, and validation of new supplement products, ensuring rigorous scientific backing and adherence to relevant regulatory standards
4. Collaborate with universities and research institutions, driving joint research projects and
   - authored publications
5. Develop and launch new supplement products, from concept to commercialization
6. Direct initiatives to secure patents to fortify Zumub’s intellectual property portfolio
7. Collaborate with marketing and production teams for successful product launches

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ph
   D or Postdoc in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, or a related field
2. Proven track record of driving innovation, research publication, and product introductions
3. Strong understanding of the supplements market, including trends, regulatory requirements, and consumer preferences
4. Experience in patent applications and collaboration with academic institutions
5. Strong leadership with an ability to inspire and motivate a team
6. Exceptional
   - solving, analytical, and project management skills
