This role is a blend of strategy and execution, reporting directly to the CEO. We need someone who can see the big picture while staying on top of the details. You’ll excel in our
- paced,
- growth environment, using financial insights to drive bold,
- impact decisions. As the backbone of Sweatcoin’s financial engine, you’ll ensure we scale efficiently, maintain a healthy cash flow, and build a sustainable, profitable business.

What you'll be doing:

FP&A

1. Develop financial models that guide Sweatcoin’s expansion to a $100M+
   - driven business.
2. Build and refine forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking, ensuring leadership makes
   - driven decisions.
3. Establish KPI dashboards that track the health of the business, balancing growth with profitability.
4. Partner with department heads to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
5. Conduct financial modeling and business case analysis for growth initiatives, partnerships, and new product launches.

Financial control and compliance

1. Ensure cash flow stability, keeping the company liquid and lean.
2. Oversee financial reporting & compliance, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
3. Manage risk - from operational controls to venture debt and working capital efficiency.
4. Drive automation & efficiency in financial processes.

Strategic finance and business partnering

1. Own the financial roadmap: optimize revenue streams, control costs, and ensure we scale efficiently.
2. Support fundraising and investor relations: from venture debt to potential future equity rounds.
3. Advise leadership on financial strategy, helping Sweatcoin navigate the transition to subscriptions while maintaining
   - term revenue streams.
4. Identify
   - saving and margin optimization opportunities without killing growth.

Other Responsibilities

1. Oversee legal procedures and manage external legal advisors.
2. Partner with HR to optimize financial planning for compensation, equity, and benefits.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Finance leader with 5+ years of experience in
   - growth tech,
   - tech, fintech, or
   - based businesses.
2. Deep experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and revenue strategy.
3. Background in consumer product analytics (understanding LTV, CAC, churn & pricing models).
4. Preferred experience in industries such as: Saa
   S, consumer apps, health & wellness tech, fitness tech, digital marketplaces,
   - com or loyalty programs.
5. Fundraising, investor relations, and capital structure experience is a huge plus.
6. You thrive in
   - moving, uncertain,
   - impact environments—startups,
   - ups, or major financial transformations.
7. CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred but not required.
