Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical financial leader who will take full ownership of the financial function across our management company and funds. The ideal candidate will possess:

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum 6 years experience in controlling, investment banking, corporate finance or head of finance roles (previous experience in VC/PE is a plus).
• A highly analytical mindset, organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and precision.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders, from team members to management and to portfolio companies.
• Agility to adapt to tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Strong strategic judgment, business acumen, and professional ethics.
• Proficient user of Excel/Google
  Sheets and Power
  Point/Google
  Slides.
• Full working proficiency in English is required.

What you’ll do:

• Ownership of Financial Strategy: Take complete ownership of financial management and planning for the Management Company and its Funds. Develop financial strategies aligned with the firm's
  - term goals.
• Internal Analysis & Insights: Drive deep analysis of financial data, portfolio metrics, and business performance. Extract and present actionable insights to inform strategic
  - making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Financial Management & Planning: Deliver accurate, timely management accounts and budgets for the Management Company and its Funds. Provide ongoing financial oversight, ensuring robust controls and processes. Lead the annual audit process and deliver comprehensive yearly reports of the Management Company and its Funds.
• Fund Finance: Manage financial operations of the funds, including capital calls, distributions, and portfolio valuations. Oversee timely, accurate reporting to investors and regulators.
