Job Responsibilities:

1. Define, develop and execute necessary store expansion plans in line with business priorities, reporting directly to the Expansion Director.
2. Identify and explore new business opportunities through partners or direct operations in new markets and channels including stores, online, and travel retail.
3. Explore and secure optimal locations for store openings, including market analysis, feasibility studies, site visits, and presentations.
4. Negotiate key terms and conditions.
5. Develop a deep understanding of each market, customer profiles, channel trends, operational issues, and competitor activities.
6. Manage a portfolio of established and future markets, monitoring performance and mediating between HQ and business partners.
7. Build and defend solid business cases, budgets, P&L statements, sales forecasts, and manage a financially healthy portfolio.
8. Act as the main point of contact for leasing and tenancy negotiations with relevant stakeholders.

Profile Requirements:

1. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
2. Minimum five years of experience in expansion or real estate, preferably in fashion retail.
3. In-depth knowledge and contacts within the real estate landscape of main LATAM markets; knowledge of other regions is valuable.
4. Experience with franchised business models is a plus.
5. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
6. International profile with strong social competence and effective communication skills for a multinational environment.
7. Leasing skills with a good understanding of lease contracts and legal requirements.
8. Based in Oporto or regionally in LATAM with full flexibility for frequent travel.
