Job Description
Overview:
You will be tasked with hiring, mentoring, and expanding the development team with plans to grow the squad from 5 to 12 by the end of Q1. While you will be conducting reviews with your team, there is still an initial part of
- on development to help get the roadmap going, but the plans to be
- on will slowly finish up at the end of Q1.
The frontend is built in React and the backend is in Python. The key focus here is the core competencies in Python development.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 10 years in development, particularly a strong background in product development accompanied by a strong background in Python.
- Experience leading a squad of developers for at least 3 years, where you can provide suitable examples of hiring, mentoring, reviewing, and spearheading projects.
- Experience in AWS, REST APIs, Docker, Postgre
SQL.
Interview Process:
- A 30-minute call with HR – Just an introduction to the opportunity and your motivations.
- 60-minute video call with CTO – Deep dive into all things Python, team management, growth, and plans for the future.
- 60 minutes in office FINAL – Meet both the CTO & CEO. This will be a good opportunity for both sides to discuss any final questions and reservations about this great position, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
