About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to shape the way we see crypto poker. As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will drive the organization’s data strategy, transforming data into actionable insights to support key business decisions. This role involves optimizing data processes and leveraging advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall performance. If you thrive in a

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:

1. Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
2. Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to support business
   - making.
3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

1. Utilise your poker experience to analyse game performance and player behaviour.
2. Assess the impact of game features, promotions, and marketing campaigns on player engagement and revenue.
3. Identify opportunities for optimising game mechanics and user experience.
4. Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry standards and identify growth opportunities.

1. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data collection and analysis.
2. Work with Product and data teams to optimise data storage and retrieval processes.

1. Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
2. Translate complex data into understandable and actionable business terms.
3. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to support initiatives with
   - driven insights.

1. Experience in Poker: Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable, preferably poker.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph. D. ) is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Node JS, or similar.
4. Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, Singular
   Looker, or similar.
5. Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
6. Knowledge of crypto would be beneficial.
7. Experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable; Poker and Casino.
