In your

- day: As a Head of Animation and Graphic Design, you will lead and inspire the team by creating
- quality animations and graphics, maintaining corporate identity, exploring AI tools, collaborating with managers, and growing a cohesive team.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in animation and graphic design, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
• You have advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator, and ideally, familiarity with AI design tools.
• You have a proven track record of leading and mentoring creative teams, maintaining consistency and upholding high standards.
• You have a meticulous approach to maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
• Ideally, you have experience with medical content, though it is not mandatory.
• You are excited to shape and lead a newly formed team, driving creativity and innovation in impactful projects that enhance healthcare education globally.
