We are currently looking for Guest Relations to join our Beach Club team!

This role will be responsible for

• Welcoming our customers;
• Manage appointments in our reservations system and organize cloakroom;
• Continuously build and improve our CRM database with all customer information and preferences, following GDPR compliance;
• Provide all information about JNc
  QUOI concept and locations;
• Ensure compliance with all health and quality standards;

About you

• Previous experience in similar roles;
• Deep focus on customer service and service standards;
• Excellent communication skills and empathy;
• High level of organization and attention to detail;
• Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).
