Job Description:

We are hiring a hardworking Growth Marketing Manager (Remote) to join our exceptional team at Angry Ventures. Growing your career as a Full Time Growth Marketing Manager is a fantastic opportunity to develop useful skills.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining, executing, and measuring integrated digital marketing strategies, focusing on channels that drive the most results, and contributing to the redefinition of existing lead lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. An experimental and
   - driven approach to problems, integrating A/B testing and ongoing optimization tactics.
2. A strategic vision to establish and analyze marketing, sales, and
   - related goals, using key performance indicators.
3. Previous experience working with long, complex, and
   - functional B2B lifecycles, workflows, and
   - party integrations.
4. Previous experience in paid campaign management, using tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linked
   In Ads.
5. In-depth knowledge and/or experience with CRM tools, such as Hub
   Spot, Salesforce, and Active Campaign.
6. Project management skills, including SCRUM and Agile Marketing frameworks, supported by Click
   Up, Jira, or Trello.
