Your Mission:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving customer acquisition and retention for Business through innovative,
- driven, and AI-enhanced marketing strategies. Your expertise in leveraging AI tools for optimizing campaign delivery and ROI will play a critical role in targeting and converting SMBs, startups, and developers in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Campaign Optimization

• Leverage
  - edge AI tools and platforms to maximize campaign performance across SEM, paid social, programmatic advertising, and emerging channels.
• Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies using AI-driven insights to ensure
  - leading ROI.
• Automate routine campaign management tasks to enhance efficiency and scale growth efforts.

Growth Hacking and Experimentation

• Identify and implement growth opportunities across performance channels, incorporating rapid experimentation to discover what works.
• Launch and manage A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
• Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing and AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Analytics and Reporting

• Build frameworks to measure campaign performance, focusing on actionable metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Use advanced analytics tools and AI-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and scale winning strategies.

Collaboration and Innovation

• Partner with
  - functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Drive innovation by introducing and implementing best practices, tools, and strategies to amplify marketing effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or
  - based digital marketing, preferably in tech or software.
• Expertise in leveraging AI tools (e. g. , Chat
  GPT, Jasper, Ad
  Creative. ai, or similar) for campaign optimization and automation.
• Proven ability to scale B2B marketing efforts with a focus on SMBs, startups, and technical audiences like developers.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Linked
  In Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms (e. g. , Google Analytics).
• Data-driven
  - maker with a passion for testing, learning, and scaling successful campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native or
  - like).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud computing, AI, or Saa
  S industries.
• Familiarity with tools and processes for automating marketing workflows.
