Job Description:
Sword Health is looking for an extraordinary candidate to join our marketing team as our Growth Marketing Manager for Thrive. This individual will be a key contributor to the Thrive Marketing team ideating and deploying growth marketing experiments to drive member acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute
- driven growth marketing tactics, across key channels including email, push, SMS, direct mail and landing pages.
Ideate and conduct experiments to drive efficient member acquisition and retention.
Explore and test new marketing channels to expand reach and drive member growth.
Analyze growth marketing performance and optimize across channels, creative and audiences.
Leverage personalization to drive marketing efficiency & enhance user experience.
Collaborate with
- functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing Ops.
Who they are:
5+ years of relevant experience in B2C growth marketing
Proficiency in CRM marketing, including email, push, and SMS, with a solid understanding of lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation.
Expertise in developing and executing
- driven marketing strategies.
Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools; familiarity with Looker is a plus.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Iterable.
Excellent English and willingness to work a later schedule to support teammates in the US, starting at 10:00 am Portugal Time
Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets
