We are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help drive a key product line forward. You will manage and nurture partnerships, create and organize marketing content, and support new product launches. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, seeing immediate impact from your efforts and having the freedom to test new ideas in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnerships & Distribution Channels
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with influencers, companies, and communities relevant to a key product line.
- Maintain and nurture existing partner relationships, ensuring they have the latest materials and communications.
- Collaborate with Sales to track partnership performance and identify areas of optimization.
- Creation & Management of Marketing Assets
- Produce and organize marketing assets (e. g. , social media posts, email copy, guides, videos) for ongoing campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with external suppliers (e. g. , photographers, video producers, designers) to deliver
- quality content. - Write and create nurturing emails in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Maintain an

- date content library for rapid deployment.
- Contribute to the definition of launch strategies (positioning, pricing, messaging) for upcoming products.
- Support the creation and optimization of landing pages and websites for new initiatives.
About You (Ideal Profile)
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a related field.
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills: you enjoy talking to people, negotiating partnerships, and presenting new ideas.
- You have a proactive,
- do attitude, taking ownership of projects from start to finish. - Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines.
- No prior expertise with specific tools required—we’ll teach you on the job—though familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Based in the Lisbon area (or able to travel occasionally to our office).
