Growth Marketer & Sales Representative

Backup, and we’re looking for a talented and ambitious Growth Marketer & Sales Representative to help us scale our business worldwide. If you are passionate about technology and sales, and you thrive in a startup environment, this role is for you.

Your Role : As our
- time sales and marketing hire, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and running digital marketing campaigns to drive free trial
- ups and new customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Sales – Identify and convert IT professionals, businesses, and individuals into Optical
Backup customers. - Cold Outreach & Follow-Ups – Reach out via social media networks, email, and calls to promote our solution.
- Growth Marketing & Ads – Run and optimize Google Ads, Linked
In Ads, Reddit campaigns and others. - SEO & Content Strategy – Work with our team to create
- ranking blog posts and landing pages. - Partnerships & Affiliates – Help build and expand an affiliate and reseller program for Optical
Backup. - Community Engagement – Promote Optical
Backup in relevant social media discussions, Linked
In groups, cybersecurity forums, and other tech communities. - Reporting & Marketing Planning – Track and report key metrics to the founder, analyzing what’s working and what needs improvement. Create and implement strategic marketing plans to optimize growth.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in Sales – Proven ability to sell tech solutions and close deals.
- Marketing & Lead Generation Skills – Experience with SEO, digital ads, and cold outreach.
- Tech-Savvy – A solid understanding of technology, cloud storage, and data backup basics.
- Fluent in English – Our customers are worldwide, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Proactive & Independent – This is a startup role, meaning you must be
- driven and ready to take ownership.
