Group Business Controller
Securitas Direct is seeking a talented, innovative,
- on, and passionate Group Business Controller based in Lisbon to be a formal member of the Group Finance department, with colleagues in Geneva, Malmö, Madrid, Lisbon, and Paris. You will report to a very experienced Senior Group Financial Controller, who is based in Lisbon.
As a Group Business Controller, you will have the chance to work with business reporting, definition, implementation, development, collection, and quality assurance of business KPIs. Our main priority is to ensure quality and timeliness in Securitas Direct internal reporting. You will be in close dialogue with the local finance functions in the 17 countries where we operate, as well as with Group FP&A and the top of our Group Finance organization.

Am as well as the board of management and get involved in a wide variety of financial topics.
Your responsibilities will include, among others:
- Monthly review of incoming business reporting from +20 reporting units, with responsibility for assessing completeness, quality assurance, and continuous communication with reporting parties across countries.
- Support ownership of existing Group Financial Policy & Guidelines for Business Reporting.
- Preparation of weekly dashboard (Excel + PPT) for the management team, based on files reported by countries.
- Maintain and further develop existing reporting review templates (Excel based).
- Development of existing KPIs based on requests and identification of inconsistencies across incoming reporting.
- Collaborate and support different internal strategic financial projects: Financial Analysis, Financial Statements Consolidation, and Group Finance Data Warehouse (no specific technical skill needed).
Candidate profile
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Business with a strong interest in financial analysis.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in business controlling, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong interest in business performance analysis driven by standardization & automation.
- Strong user experience in Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must (most of our communications will be in English).

- Organized and structured, highly skilled at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled at interacting with different stakeholder groups, with a customer and
