Lead and developa team of 15 Customer Service Representatives to achieve top performance, ensuring quality and satisfaction for clients and
- users.
Activelymanage the teamusing company systems, and conduct performance analyses to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor CSR interactionsto meet client requirements, offering coaching and
- time transaction support.
Host team meetingsto foster innovation, collaboration, and performance enhancement.
Ensure your team meetsservice levelsacross multiple channels including calls, chats, and emails.
Contribute
- wide strategieswhile promoting compliance with internal policies (GDPR, GECSP).
Motivate and mentor your team, driving their growth and the success of the company.
What Were Looking For:
Native/fluent in
Greekand proficient in
English.
Minimum of2 yearsin customer experience management or a related industry.
Ahigher education degreeis essential.
