- oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join the marketing team at Pine Cliffs Resort, one of Europe’s leading luxury resorts. This role is key to crafting visually compelling content that reflects the resort’s premium positioning and unique identity. The designer will create
- end digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints while enhancing the guest experience through sophisticated and engaging design solutions.

Job Description:

• Develop and oversee the creation of all graphic materials for the resort, including restaurants, bars, wellness facilities, and associated brands.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, maintaining
  - quality design standards.
• Lead the creative process for
  - brand communication within the resort, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design and adapt marketing materials for various formats and platforms, both print and digital, including brochures, menus, signage, social media assets, graphic website content and others.
• Develop and design the necessary graphic materials to support advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media promotions, and print advertisements.
• Develop and design the necessary graphic materials to support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Develop branding elements such as logos, visual identities, and packaging concepts.
• Produce marketing assets for key touchpoints, such as displays,
  - room collateral, promotional layouts, and event materials.
• Manage the production and distribution of printed materials, ensuring
  - quality execution and cost efficiency.
• Present and implement creative solutions that enhance guest engagement and brand storytelling.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to elevate the resort’s visual identity.
• Optimize workflow processes to manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or Multimedia.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, In
  Design, Photoshop (mandatory).
• Proven experience in graphic design, including final artwork preparation and print production.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience leading creative projects.
• Knowledge of branding principles and web design.
• Experience with After Effects and/or Premiere is an advantage.
• Ability to follow brand style guidelines and adapt to various target audiences.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A keen eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, dynamic, and a team player with a critical mindset.
• Fluency in English.
