We are seeking a talented and organized Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas and creative expertise to life across digital, social platforms, and print. As a key collaborator, you’ll work closely with art directors, copy writers, and marketing team members to produce
- quality visuals that inspire and engage audiences while maintaining brand consistency.

This role is perfect for someone with a sharp design sensibility, ability to craft impactful visuals that combine messaging and branding, and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation: Develop compelling graphics for a variety of mediums, including social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, events and print materials.
2. Brand Standards: Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across projects. Develop new designs that evolve our brand visual execution.
3. File Preparation: Prepare and deliver
   - ready files for both print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and meeting technical specifications.
4. Prototyping & UI Design: Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to create prototypes and visual assets for digital products and web interfaces.
5. Quality Assurance: Meticulously proof and review designs for alignment, resolution, colors, and overall accuracy before final delivery.
6. Collaborative Ideation: Work with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts into polished visual designs that achieve project goals.
7. Project and Time Management: Communicate effectively with various stakeholders within marketing and across departments, whether via Zoom, Slack or email, to understand creative briefs and assignments, explain creative concepts, and hand off final deliverables.
8. Template Management: Create and maintain reusable templates for consistent and efficient production workflows.
9. File Management: Organize and maintain project files, ensuring version control and easy accessibility, and project archives to ensure consistency and accessibility.
10. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to every project.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In
  Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
• Experience with digital design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Familiarity with both digital production requirements (e. g. , social media graphics, web assets) and print production processes (e. g. , prepress standards, color management).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas effectively, and demonstrated accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e. g. , Adobe After Effects, Premiere).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other digital tools for
  - based projects.
• Experience in crafting engaging presentations in Power
  Point or Google Slides.
• Working as an
  - house design, preferably on a Marketing team.
