Job Description

Design

1. Create mood boards or style guides to present to the client when needed
2. Analyze brand guidelines and assets provided by the client
3. Be ready to take on last minute revisions when needed
4. Help check assets made by fellow designers to ensure they meet both client and company standards

Communication

1. Keep the design team
   -
   - date on any
   - related topics (feedback, files, projects, brand guides, style guides, performance, etc. )
2. Join client calls when needed
3. Brainstorm with both marketing and design teams on trending design trends
4. Track assigned brand tasks and design hours consumed per month

Qualifications

1. Updated on design trends and can perform advanced video animations
2. Collaborate well with different teams
3. Expert in Photoshop and image manipulation
4. Proficient in After Effects and Premiere
5. Knowledgeable in Figma
6. Able to lead the team in the absence of the Creative Lead and/or the Creative Operations Manager
7. Open to feedback and uses it to improve skills
8. Able to relay ideas and feedback to the team accurately
9. Familiar with design processes and task management using project management tools including but not limited to Click
   Up, Asana, etc.
