Job Description:

Design

• Create mood boards or style guides to present to the client when needed
• Analyze brand guidelines and assets provided by the client
• Be ready to take on last minute revisions when needed
• Help check assets made by fellow designers and ensure they meet client and company standards

Communication

• Keep the design team
  -
  - date on any
  - related topics (feedback, files, projects, brand guides, style guides, performance, etc. )
• Join client calls when needed
• Brainstorm with both marketing and design teams on trending design trends
• Track assigned brand tasks and design hours consumed per month

Qualifications

• Updated on design trends and capable of advanced video animations
• Collaborate well with different teams
• Expert in Photoshop and image manipulations
• Proficient in After Effects and Premiere
• Knowledgeable in Figma
• Able to lead the team in the absence of the Creative Lead and/or the Creative Operations Manager
• Open to feedback and uses it to improve own skills
• Able to relay ideas and feedback to the team properly and accurately
• Familiar with design processes and task management using project management tools including but not limited to Click
  Up, Asana, etc.
