We are looking for a talented and accomplished Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer, EMEA Digital Hub your role will be to collaborate closely with the marketing and social media teams to create visually appealing designs for social media platforms in order to inform about the career opportunities within our company but also effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms. Reporting to Digital Hub Manager, EMEA this role will create graphics for the social media platforms in order to support recruitment activities but also promote our brand.

As a Graphic Designer, Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include

• Create
  - catching designs and concepts to promote brand awareness on social media, always aligning to the global communication standards while connecting to the local audiences.
• Create graphics that take into account cultural nuances, regional preferences, and language considerations across the EMEA region.
• Build and support the employer branding in EMEA region.
• Ensure that all graphics maintain a consistent look and feel that aligns with our brand's guidelines and visual identity across social media platforms throughout EMEA region.
• Work closely with marketing and social media team and content creators to develop visual content ideas and concepts that resonate with the target audience in different countries.
• Utilize graphic design tools and software to edit, retouch, and enhance images for social media posts, ensuring they are visually appealing and culturally appropriate.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Timely completion of design projects within designated deadlines.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and expertise in designing for social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and
  - listening skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver
  - quality work while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for visual storytelling.
• Collaborative and open to feedback, willing to iterate and improve designs based on input from stakeholders.
• Ability to simplify processes/things.
• Knowledge of different audiences, the social media platform(s) they use, and how to engage them.
• Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
• Understanding of specific graphic requirements and best practices of each platform (Facebook, Instagram).
• Strong
  - solving skills, able to find innovative solutions to design challenges.
• Passion for technologies.
• Video and photo editing skills.
• 3+ years' experience in graphic design roles.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Faculty of Applied Arts and Technology or similar.

Languages

• Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English.

Tools And Applications

• Proficiency in using tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, In
  Design & Sketch.
• Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of AI generative tools such as Chat
  GPT, Jasper, and similar is a plus.

Other Details

• Remote work model.
