The Role

This role and the team will be located in Lisbon (flexible working mode). You will be part of a dynamic
- stack development team driving the core delivery and full
- cycle of our product lines. We are looking for someone who is humble, hungry and smart; with a strong track record in a role between product and technology teams at
- led growth companies.

What you will do:

1. Build high impact features and contribute to the architecture design; aim towards resiliency, scalability, security and fault tolerance;
2. Advocate for high code quality, readability and high tests coverage;
3. Promote best practices for a
   - scale web (or mobile) environment;
4. Work with an Agile methodology;
5. Identify areas of improvement in the codebase and promote them through seamless integrations, documenting solutions and new flows;
6. Mentor junior members when needed and contribute with meaningful reviews.

Requirements

What you will bring:

1. Experience in Golang software development;
2. Aspiration to become a
   - stack developer;
3. Experience with unit/integration/e2e testing (test driven development is a plus);
4. Proficiency with REST APIs, both in implementing and consuming the interfaces;
5. Familiarity with relational databases, CI/CD flows, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes;
6. Familiarity with development tools and processes (Git-flow, peer reviewing);
7. Good understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure;
8. Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with a
   - motivated and autonomous mindset.
