RESPONSIBILITIES :
As an Global Workforce and HR Process Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Global Workforce Management:
- Develop and oversee workforce planning strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Partner with HR and regional leaders to ensure effective workforce deployment and optimization.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
HR Process Optimization:
- Evaluate and streamline HR processes globally, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing automation and digital solutions.
- Manage audits of HR and people data to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Payroll Management:
- Oversee the

- day management of payroll vendors and global payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. - Collaborate with the CHRO to define and implement a global payroll strategy, including integrations and automation.
- Identify and recommend solutions to improve payroll systems, tools, and processes for greater operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with
- related statutory and legal regulations across all countries of operation. - Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management and support services, including Sage People HCM.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure mandatory reporting and adherence to global labor laws.
- Lead
- related compliance and regulatory reporting, including employee communications. - Manage annual compliance and regulatory reporting processes (e. g. , EEO, ACA, labor laws, 1099-HC).
- Partner with HR Managers to stay updated on statutory and legal laws to ensure organizational compliance globally.
HR Technology and Automation:
- Drive improvements in HR technology and implement new solutions for automation and process optimization.
- Own system updates, testing, and notifications to appropriate user groups.
- Develop user guides and training materials to support HR, managers, and employees in navigating HR systems.
- Serve as the main contact for vendor support and system enhancements.
- Support HRIS processes and maintain data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle.
Benefits Administration:
- Enroll and manage employees in benefit programs, ensuring an efficient benefits process.
- Oversee billing and ensure smooth administration of
- related matters.
Occupational Health:
- Manage health enrollments, schedule medical exams, and administer workplace accident insurance.
Admission and Termination Processes:
- Manage admission procedures, and necessary documentation.
- Handle termination processes, including final payroll calculations, severance agreements, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure clear communication with relevant departments during admissions and terminations to avoid operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to employee files and HRIS systems.
- Facilitate smooth transitions for new and departing employees, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaboration:
- Partner closely with stakeholders in Human Resources, Finance, and other teams to drive
- functional alignment. - Act as a key resource in supporting global HR operations and strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while assisting employees in navigating HR systems and efficiently resolving related issues.

YOU’LL BRING :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in global HR operations, workforce management, or payroll.
- Proven experience managing global payroll systems, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems (e. g. , Sage People HCM) and payroll platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and
- solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and automation. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse,
- functional teams. - Knowledge of international labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
