- end service levels, reduce costs, ensure compliance with logistics operations, and support growth and innovation aligned with the Customer strategy. You will need project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with different functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee groups of projects that are linked through a common organizational goal—collectively called a program.
- Ensure that multiple connected projects are carried out effectively and align with the organization’s larger strategy.
- Work with project managers to plan project schedules, budgets, and goals.
- Manage CAPEX needs.
- Collaborate with executive management to achieve organizational goals and develop new tactical implementations.
- Facilitate communication across different projects and
- functional teams. - Manage risk and opportunities, balance budgets, and implement project management tools, alongside possessing leadership qualities and good communication skills.
- Familiarity with supply chain E2E business operations, in addition to project management skills.
- Train and coach other project managers.
What Will Make You Successful
- University or Engineering degree, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in logistics and distribution operations or continuous improvement project management in an International environment and

- consumer business model. - Management experience in project delivery activities or Logistics and Distribution Operations.
- Successful leadership of complex projects and initiatives.
- Exposure to collaborative business development projects in logistics and distribution.
- Experience using systems for logistics and distribution processes and decision support.
- Successful management of relationships with external providers for warehousing, equipment, and transport.
