We have an exciting opportunity here at DHL Supply Chain for someone to join us as a Senior Expert, Recruiting and Onboarding Processes within the Global HR Transformation team. The successful person will collaborate with HR leaders and key stakeholders from various functions all over the world. The person will be responsible for driving standardization, identifying process gaps, designing solutions to address them, and implementing changes to enhance HR service delivery and support business objectives.
You will also work closely with your IT colleagues in implementing these processes in global HR systems, continually seeking opportunities to improve, and ensuring we remain an essential part of everyday life. Sound interesting? Keep reading!
Your key accountabilities include:
- Responsibility for

- end processes, collection, assessment, documentation and standardization of existing Recruiting and Onboarding processes. - Leading the development, testing and implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding processes improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and support business objectives.
- Identifying Recruiting and Onboarding process gaps and designing solutions to address them, leveraging best practices and emerging trends in HR processes improvement.
- Collaborating with HR leaders and stakeholders to implement changes to HR processes and systems.
- Working
- functionally to design and incorporate approved changes. - Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes improvement initiatives and making
- driven recommendations to senior leadership. - Developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of Recruiting and Onboarding processes improvement initiatives.
- Staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices in Recruiting and Onboarding processes improvement and leveraging this knowledge to enhance HR service delivery within the organization.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for Recruiting and Onboarding processes improvement initiatives.
- Identifying and analyzing risks, proposing mitigation actions and suggesting solutions for resolution of escalations.
What are we looking for from you?
- Strong understanding of Recruiting and Onboarding processes and systems – Essential.
- Experience identifying and implementing HR process improvement and standardization.
- Consultative communication and stakeholder management skills – Essential.
- IT skills and knowledge of MS Office packages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make
- driven recommendations. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
