Responsibilities

1. Process Ownership: Lead the
   -
   - end S2P process, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all functions involved.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, shared services, and operations, to align processes and drive improvements.
3. Process Optimization: Manage the process lifecycle. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
5. Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate teams on S2P processes and tools.
6. Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor process performance, making
   - driven decisions for continuous improvement.
7. Change Management: Lead change initiatives related to S2P processes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder
   - in.

Essential skills

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on S2P processes.
2. Proven track record of process ownership, defining and implementing the S2P process and optimizations in a global context.
3. In-depth understanding of procurement processes especially Source-to-Pay and its
   - processes, compliance, and governance frameworks.
4. Proficiency in e
   Procurement solutions especially SAP suite, ERP system integrations, and emerging tools.
5. Excellent analytical and
   - solving skills.
6. Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of leading
   - functional, global teams.
7. Good knowledge of English.
