You should apply if you have:

1. 6+ years’ experience to include a strong working knowledge of UK payroll requirements and legislation and including at least one year leading a
   - country payroll remit
2. Experience of large payroll processing (500 or more employees)
3. Experience in mentoring or managing a team
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
6. Excellent understanding of payroll best practice and compliance

1. Oversee the monthly payroll process across four jurisdictions, delivering to 1, 500 employees globally.
2. Liaise with our external payroll provider/s to ensure the effective operation and integration of our payrolls.
3. Effectively partner with internal Fin
   Tr
   U teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll information.
4. Lead in scoping and implementing new payroll processes, policies and new payroll jurisdictions.
