- 6+ years’ experience to include a strong working knowledge of UK payroll requirements and legislation and including at least one year leading a
- country payroll remit. - Experience of large payroll processing (500 or more employees).
- Experience in mentoring or managing a team.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent understanding of payroll best practice and compliance.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process across four jurisdictions, delivering to 1, 500 employees globally.
- Liaise with our external payroll provider/s to ensure the effective operation and integration of our payrolls.
- Effectively partner with internal Fin
Tr
U teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll information. - Lead in scoping and implementing new payroll processes, policies and new payroll jurisdictions.
