Responsibilities:

1. Moderate content and classify according to Tik
   Tok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency and in line with local legislation.
2. Become an expert on Tik
   Tok Ads policies and procedures.
3. Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners.
4. Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale.
5. Act as the intermediary between both internal and external customers and the Ads Integrity team to handle their daily queries and questions.
6. Collect customer feedback, address issues and concerns, and provide support to achieve business success via our platform.
7. Execute both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to deliver insights on various dimensions such as policy, system and process that will drive optimisation and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
8. Work closely and hand in hand with other departments to respond quickly to relevant
   - related needs.
9. Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

1. Fluent in written and spoken required language to cover the market (Urdu) plus business level English.
2. Confident working with a suite of online and offline IT software including Excel, Powerpoint and Excel.
3. Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical and research skills.
4. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
5. Ability to work alternating work rotations and shifts (including public holidays and weekends).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. B2B or B2C service related work experience; with a strong willingness to support internal and external customers to address their issues and develop their business on the Tik
   Tok platform.
2. Some experience working within an online or BPO environment would be a bonus, but is not necessary.
3. Experience in an online moderation or trust and safety environment preferred but not required.
4. Experience working in a KPI or target driven environment preferred but not required.
