Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Join a team of Global Marketing Campaign Managers and help plan, design and execute global marketing campaigns from start to finish and ensure proper implementation.
• Partner closely with the internal Marketing teams and external agencies and facilitate
  - departmental communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the
  -
  - end planning through to execution for the campaigns and ensure that all internal/external teams are aware and aligned on current and upcoming activities.
• Set clear KPIs for the campaigns and report on campaign performance regularly. Use the data to identify opportunities to adapt and optimize our strategy and processes and share these insights with the wider team.
• Build and execute campaign strategies that support and amplify the
  - and
  - term marketing objectives.
• Steer campaign management processes, alignments and improvements to ensure timely and accurate implementation of campaigns as well as feedback on performance and optimizations.
• Help develop standards and processes for innovative campaign management, and implement tools to drive greater efficiencies in how we work and operate as a
  - functional team.
• Support senior management decisions continuously, identifying areas to improve based on analysis.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or any related subject.
• 3+ years of experience as a campaign manager.
• Excellent communication and project or campaign management skills with attention to detail.
• Previous background in working in a global sales and marketing organization.
• Ability to think, plan, and execute resourcefully, with minimal supervision.
• Work experience in a B2B Saa
  S company.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus.
