The role is part of the Global Logistics Team, aiming to set up, monitor, and continuously improve the Global Distribution Infrastructure at Ferring (Managed with external Distribution and Global Warehousing Partners). This is a
- moving and dynamic environment where organization, flexibility, communication, quality, and
- solving mindset are key attributes needed for success.

Within the team, you will be responsible for supporting on a daily basis the transport operations; you will also be in charge of Transport Deviations and Changes System execution (Trackwise, Veeva) and lead allocated continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key role to enable the efficient and quality compliant distribution of complex pharmaceutical products (multiple flows, cold chain, new launches) from manufacturing sites until local distribution step.

Your day at Ferring

Logistics Operations Management

• Support SNO Customer Service and Regional teams in daily shipments execution by facilitating communication with distribution partners, to maintain smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• Manage Operational queries such as approval of different routes or flights, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reviews with Distribution partners by providing performance metrics and case studies.
• Ensure
  - time and accurate Global Logistics KPIs Reporting.

Logistics Compliance Support

• Lead Logistics Changes and Deviations investigations from Internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead Logistics Changes and Deviations
  - up in Trackwise system.
• Support compliance of Logistics Suppliers with Ferring GDP requirements by maintaining
  -
  - date Suppliers documentation and SOPs in Veeva Ferring System.

Behind our innovation… There’s you

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain, or other specialty with relevant experience for the role.
• At least 5 years experience in Logistics Operations, preferably within Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Experience with GDP/GMP regulations, and related processes such as Deviations Management.
• Strong
  - solving and compliance combined mindset.
• Strong team player and constructive communication style.
