Responsibilities:

1. Promote safety awareness and broad application of the SBM management System, codes of practice and prime policies.
2. Screen Flotel market and qualify new Flotel owner for SBM.
3. Develop and strengthen Flotel Owners' relationships.
4. Develop
   - term strategy (3 years look ahead) for Flotel across R1 and R2.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain Flotel Category buyer Tendering process.
6. Coordinate with Brownfield and Shutdown team Flotel need across R1 and R2.
7. Manage Marine Brokers related to Flotel activities.
8. Define, establish and communicate Flotel processes related to Flotel activities (From win to execute) in SBM GEMS and RACI Associated.
9. Manage pool of resources to support all Flotel need.
10. Review and approval of technical or operational changes to the AV during operations (potential impact to escape routes, emergency/evacuation management, process safety, occupational hazards etc). The TA will have the ability to assess the technical and operational integrity of the entire work site (FPSO, AV plus boarding and emergency escape arrangements incl life saving craft and equipment).

Job Requirements:

Specific skills / expertise / product:

1. Knowledge of Marine Spread at large.
2. Deep knowledge of FLOTEL, Gangways (Telescopic and Ampleman), Dynamic Position.
3. Be proactive in Long Term Strategy solutions.
