Global Compliance Manager

Join our Global Compliance Office (GCO), where we oversee healthcare compliance across Ferring through a robust and innovative approach. This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise and ethical principles in a global role.
Your Day at Ferring
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in compliance, monitoring, audits, and investigations.
- Collaborate with GCO colleagues and other departments to implement effective compliance strategies.
- Ensure compliance policies and procedures are properly documented, implemented, and communicated.
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring programs to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support internal audits to evaluate compliance controls and identify potential risks.
- Conduct and manage investigations into potential compliance violations, including gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and documenting findings.
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management, summarizing findings, preventive measures, and corrective actions.
- Oversee corrective action implementation by working with relevant departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Behind Our Innovation – There’s You
- Bachelor's degree in compliance, law, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in monitoring, auditing, or investigative processes (pharmaceutical or medical device industry preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and
- making abilities. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
- Understanding of compliance topics in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries (e. g. , ABAC laws, regulatory frameworks, IFPMA/EFPIA/Med
Tech Code, FCPA, OECD). - Knowledge of digitalization and process automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power
Point). - Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills for engaging with all levels of management.
