YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigating claims and determining liability in accordance with our contracts as well as any applicable laws and regulations;
• Negotiating claims with suppliers and subcontractors in cooperation with sourcing;
• Drafting notices of liability, claims, and settlement agreements, in cooperation with the service regions and service
  - office team as well as our Sourcing, Legal, and Insurance departments;
• Maintaining records of all claims and related documentation;
• Supporting Service Regions in claim activities;
• Analyzing and reporting our claims, effectively communicating the resulting "lessons learned" within the company and optimizing our claim and contract management process;

YOUR PROFILE

• Studies in business administration, law, or alternatively industrial engineering or other relevant experience/background;
• Practical experience in claim management or a similar background;
• Strong interest in complex, technical issues and a good eye for details;
• Not afraid to give your opinion and stand your ground;
• Enjoy working in international teams;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
