As an Associate in Global Business Services Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in advising organizations on optimizing their operations, streamlining processes, and achieving strategic business objectives. You will work closely with our experienced consultants to analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions that drive organizational success. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain
- on experience in management consulting while working with diverse clients on a global scale.
Your profile
- You completed your Degree in Industrial Management or similar fields
- You have at least 1 year experience
- You have experience with TOM design, process optimization and change management in a global context is highly desirable
- You have performing baseline and GBS business case calculations
- You analyze current operating models, processes and service delivery mechanisms to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- You have full working proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel.
