ROLE:

• Manage and oversee the operations of various teams.
• Ensure that operations comply with client agreements, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in their implementation.
• Identify and resolve operational constraints.
• Analyze operational indicators of different teams.
• Provide key metrics for service reports.
• Assist in responding to RFPs and proposals.
• Monitor and support ongoing projects.
• Propose continuous improvement actions.
• Analyze classifications, metrics, and SLAs, ensuring accurate measurement.
• Manage backlog control within ITSM.
• Suggest improvements to client service catalogs.
• Oversee Coordinators and Supervisors of each team.
• Implement new operations, assess risks and profitability in the field, and prepare reports.
• Manage procurement of new services from partners and suppliers.

PROFILE:

• Higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager.
• Experience in creating and analyzing productivity reports using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills and conflict management abilities.
• Commitment and
  - oriented mindset.
• Proactive approach with a focus on execution and goal achievement.
