What would your main responsibilities be?

• Proactively monitor EOL (End-of-Life) notifications for hardware/software published by manufacturers or request them periodically when this information is available only upon request.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to assess the impact of hardware/software obsolescence on client implementations.
• Inform clients about alternative solutions to overcome identified obsolescence.
• Plan product replacements.
• Manage the inventory of products installed at client sites.
• Communicate
  - call notifications for EOL hardware.
• Assist in risk analysis to understand the implications of obsolescence.
• Maintain a structured and clear communication process with clients.

What are we looking for?

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering or similar.

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good level of english.
