Key Responsibilities:

• Review video advertisements within the streaming platform.
• Remove inappropriate content that violates platform policies or is harmful.
• Ensure ads are suitable for their target audience (e. g. , removing ads for soda targeting viewers under 12 years old, as per local legislation).
• Maintain adherence to project guidelines and local regulations.

Schedule:

• Shift Timings:
  • 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
  • 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Rotating Shifts: The shifts rotate monthly, ensuring 24/7 coverage.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• No previous experience required (up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is a plus).
• Ability to work fixed shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and
  - solving skills.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Hiring Details:

• Contract Type:
  • 2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year
    - term contract (FTC) with a 30-day probation period.
