Some of the position’s requirements and responsabilities:

• Proficiency in German and B2 English
• Experience of 1y in technical support or system administration (mandatory)
• Advice and support for corporate customers (SMBs) and partner companies technical questions;
• Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and on English;
• Resolve technical issues liaising with IT administrators, IT managers and others employees of partner companies;
