The Offer:
- Assist customers via telephone, email, and chat
- Offer technical assistance on the platform
- Apply the correct escalation process when necessary
- Be an active listener and always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
- Identify, study, and propose the best solutions to assist the customer
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction
- Gather all relevant information into the system and consistently deliver a high level of service
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in German and intermediate level in English
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
- Genuine caregiver with a
- solving mindset - Able to
- task, proactive, and good with time management - Comfortable with phone calls, email writing, and social media
