Review
- reported content and assess compliance with platform guidelines. Stay

- date with client policies to accurately identify
- compliant content. Flag inappropriate content within specified timeframes and quality standards. Spot emerging trends, analyze patterns, and deescalate issues outside set policies. Leverage
- specific knowledge to suggest solutions to enhance user support. Moderate sensitive content, potentially involving graphic or disturbing material. Collaborate within a
- paced,
- oriented environment and be open to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills. Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Quick learner, adaptable to new processes, concepts, and skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and efficiency. Comfortable approaching diverse video content neutrally and professionally. Outcome-driven,
- motivated, and curious. Demonstrated interest in social media and current events. Open to working fully onsite with flexible hours, including shifts from 8 a. m. to 8 p. m. , Monday through Sunday.
