Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email. Assisting customers with managing their bookings, queries and requests. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience

Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1. 633, 89€ gross/month + bonus up to 1. 267, 00€ gross per quarter
Without accommodation: 1. 905, 92€ gross/month + bonus up to 1. 267, 00€ gross per quarter
