Key Responsibilities:As a Technical Customer Advisor, you'll use your expertise to resolve technical issues with accuracy and speed. You'll provide
- quality service to customers while continuing to expand your own technical skills. You will also be an essential part of a
- paced team, collaborating with other technicians and gaining valuable international experience. Provide inbound technical support in German via phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with
- sales, inquiries, and technical challenges
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Address customer escalations and follow through on all cases
Work with other team members to resolve or close tickets promptly
Maintain internal systems and communication in English
Represent the company with professionalism and uphold its reputation

Requirements

Your Profile:Native-level German (C2) and proficient English skills
Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues to
- technical users
Comfortable with PC and basic software (Google Docs, Google Sheets)Knowledge of wireless troubleshooting is a plus
Patient,
- oriented, and empathetic when dealing with customer issues
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle personal data responsibly
