As a Talent Hunter, you will be working with the following tasks, which are not limited to:

1. Being responsible for your own recruitment projects with existing customers
2. Working primarily with Southern European language speaking candidates
3. Using your creativity to create
   - catching and informative job adverts
4. Being active on the phone and headhunt proactively to source candidates using various portals and tools
5. Taking full advantage of social media to create visibility and reach out to potential candidates
6. Screening applications and interviewing candidates via telephone and video
7. Creating candidate presentations and following up the process with the clients
8. Match-making and building stronger relationships with candidates and clients
9. Continuously working with
   - management to create your own structure and success
10. Working towards weekly and monthly KPIs and budgets

To be successful in this role, you are:
