- critical air freight operations? Our client, a leading logistics specialist, is seeking a German-speaking Logistics Coordinator to join their dynamic and multilingual team in Frankfurt.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Deal with international air freight agents, airline operators, and brokers to negotiate transport costs and the best solutions for clients.
2. Monitor transport progression, update clients at key milestones, and ensure shipments run on schedule.
3. Calculate air freight rates, including chargeable weight conversions.
4. Make direct bookings with airlines and coordinate with handling agents and customs in Frankfurt to ensure smooth operations.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, answering incoming enquiries professionally.
6. Keep the transport management system updated and handle general administrative tasks as required.

About You:

2. Fluent in German & English
3. Experience in air freight logistics required | Time-critical logistics experience is a plus!

6. Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
