Location: Remote (Anywhere in Portugal) or Office-Based in Lisbon

Compensation Options:Option 1: Gross salary of €1, 514/month with free accommodation (own room in a shared house/apartment; includes allowances in the Lisbon area). Option 2: Gross salary of €1, 834/month (no accommodation provided; includes allowances and bonuses). Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries (approx. 80% inbound, 20% outbound) via phone and online chat. Client Support: Provide assistance to corporate customers, primarily small and
- sized businesses across sectors like healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education. Problem-Solving: Offer
- oriented solutions and resolve inquiries efficiently. Sales and Product Information: Share product details, pricing, offers, and discounts, and process orders and sales over the phone. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify optimization opportunities and provide updates. Training Details:Duration: 3 weeks (conducted in English). Content:Training on software systems for electronic data processing. Comprehensive product and service overview. Customer relationship management and consultation techniques. Working Hours:Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. 160 hours per month. Requirements:Languages:Native-level German proficiency. B2-level English proficiency. Skills:Excellent IT knowledge, particularly MS Office. Basic hardware knowledge. Experience:Previous experience in outbound sales is essential.
