As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:Providing outstanding customer service via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshooting user issues on the platform and offering solutions. Educating users on platform features to help them maximize their website's potential. Collaborating with product and development teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Staying informed about new platform features and updates to deliver accurate support. Gathering and sharing user feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
Requirements
You would be an excellent fit if you:Are proficient in German (both written and spoken) and fluent in English (B2 level)Have experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Are
- savvy and able to quickly learn new software and tools
Have excellent
- solving abilities and the patience to assist users effectively
Experience with website builders or content management systems is a plus
