What You'll Do

- notch customer service through chat, email, and phone;

troubleshoot platform issues, offering clear and efficient solutions in German;

empower users by explaining platform features to unlock their website's full potential;

work closely with product and development teams to resolve technical challenges;

stay updated on platform features to provide accurate and timely assistance;

collect and share user feedback to continuously enhance the customer experience;

competências

What You Bring

fluency in German (C2) and strong English skills (B2);

proven experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field;

tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new tools and software;

a
- solving mindset and a patient,
- first approach;

knowledge of website builders or CMS platforms (a plus);

ability to multitask and work independently in a
