As a Customer Advisor in the insurance industry, you'll utilize your skills to resolve issues accurately and efficiently while providing
- oriented advice to your customers. The dynamic nature of this role allows you to develop IT skills and progress your international career at your own pace. Your responsibilities will include:Handling German-speaking inbound customer service via phone, chat, and email for various insurance topics. Responding to emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc. Documenting relevant case details in the internal ticketing system. Processing claims or cancellations as requested by customers. Archiving completed cases electronically. Updating customer data or making necessary amendments. Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Appropriately handling customer escalations and documenting the process precisely. Representing the company's values and maintaining a strong reputation.
Requirements
German proficiency at C1/C2 level or native fluency, plus English proficiency at B2 level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in troubleshooting and solving customer problems (preferred). Patience and empathy to understand customer queries correctly. Ability to handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality. Proactive,
- motivated, and a great team player.
