• Location: On-site in Porto, Portugal (No remote work)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: €1, 100 gross x 14 months + meal allowance (€7. 63/day)

What You’ll Do

• assist German-speaking users via email, chat, and phone.
• provide
  - tier customer support, ensuring excellent service.
• master platform features to help users navigate challenges.
• maintain high service standards while ensuring data protection compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• fluent German (C1/Native) – You’ll communicate with German-speaking users daily.
• good English skills – Our internal communication is in English.
• detail-oriented &
  - focused – Problem-solving is second nature to you.
• strong team player – Customer service is all about teamwork!
• Porto residents only – This is an
  - site role (remote work is not available).
