Location: Porto, Portugal (Hybrid or On-site)

Relocation: Full relocation support (flight & temporary accommodation)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate online content, videos, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright decisions.
• Audit and update content on a major social media platform.
• Ensure services meet KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
• Strictly adhere to accuracy guidelines, ensuring compliance and data protection.
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-first mindset at all times, even in challenging situations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
• Strong computer skills and comfort navigating digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to
  - task in a
  - paced environment.
• Patience and professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Ideally, an associate degree in a related field and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• A strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
